In 2005 I was running a Fence and Deck construction company in Sacramento California. I decided to move home for personal reasons and get my Real Estate License.
I thought that being a REALTOR was about buying and selling Real Estate. Shortly after I got my license, the market crashed. As the market dropped, I quickly found out two things;
1. Real Estate is about solving a client’s problems and mitigating their stress.
2. I’m good at it.
Don’t get me wrong. If you just want to buy or sell and your drama free, I’m not going to be mad at you. I love those clients too. But when I’m at my best is when the transaction hits a speed bump and I need to be what one of my client families calls “unflappable”. I love to resolve a crisis and mitigate the stress for my clients.
Buying or Selling a home is the biggest financial decision most clients will make, and it is a decision you don’t want to take lightly. My goal is to educate you about the specific property and the current market, so you have all the information you need to make the
best possible decision for you and your family.
To ensure that I’m prepared to help you I have made a major commitment in continuing education. I’m educated on New Construction, Luxury Property Marketing, Relocation, Investment Properties, and Short Sale to name a few. I’ve also received my Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). This means I have the tools, training and experience to help you purchase or sell in any market condition.
